What we look for in a prospective tenant is simple and straight forward. 

Stable and verifiable income.

Reasonable credit.

Verifiable rental history.

All of our properties are in quiet and peaceful locations and are occupied by folk who appreciate and expect this. That being said, if you are still in "party mode" these apartments are not the best choice.

We take applications via email. We do not set up showings until we have received an application. To get an application email us at integrity@integ.us and we will respond with an application.  Any questions you may have will be answered in the email.  It also helps if you tell us a little about yourself and what you are looking for.  Know this, we do not ask for any sensitive information and ABSOLUTLY do not share what information we receive.  Once the apartment is rented, we delete all applications.
