 This very large loft-style apartment is located in Bremen Ga.(Bremen is about 40 miles west of Atlanta) The apartment is well kept and clean. Floors are ceramic, vinyl tile. (no carpet!) There are multiple huge windows, Tall ceilings, fans and central ac. Laundry room, ample sized bath and huge bedroom. Plenty closet space. Also a well shaded patio. Fridge and stove provided. IMPORTANT: Decent rental history, stable, verifiable income a MUST. Occupancy strictly limited to 2 persons. Small, mature well kept indoor dogs OK. (20 lbs or less, at least 1 year old.   This historic, 4000 sq. ft., one time school building was acquired by us in 2000. The building was in complete disrepair. We converted it into 3 “loft style” apartments, two 2 bedroom and one 1 bedroom. To say these apartments are spacious would be an understatement. Both 2 bedroom are over 1400 sq. ft. and the 1 bedroom is 850+ sq. ft.  There are walk-in closets, additional storage spaces, separate washer/dryer closets, 11' ceilings, windows galore and French doors, providing ample natural light.
