The Chambers and Fountain Building was built circa 1887. It was originally a dry goods/hardware/grocery store. When purchased by our company in May,2000, the oldest wood frame building in Haralson County was in complete disrepair and was very nearly at "the point of no return." We totally rehabilitated this building, bringing it up to modern standards, always keeping its historical significance in mind. We were able to save most of the windows, many with locally made hand rolled glass panes intact. Much of the 100+ year old locally cut, heart pine flooring was in good enough shape to save and refinish. These floors, having endured over a century of wear, finished out beautifully, telling their multigenerational story. Located in picturesque Tallapoosa, Georgia, this building contains 2 large, 2 bedroom and 2 large, 1 bedroom apartments. The apartments have high ceilings, wood floors, ceiling fans, decks and/or porches, stained glass, ceramic tile counters, and plenty of windows. This one of a kind building, with its unique apartments, affords one the opportunity to by-pass the more cookie-cutter types of apartments more commonly available and is popular with singles and couples alike. A place to call home.
This historic, 4000 sq. ft., one time school building was acquired by us in 2001. The building was in complete disrepair. We converted it into 3 “loft style” apartments, two 2 bedroom and one 1 bedroom. To say these apartments are spacious would be an understatement. Both 2 bedroom are over 1400 sq. ft. and the 1 bedroom is 850+ sq. ft. There are walk-in closets, additional storage spaces, separate washer/dryer closets, 11' ceilings, windows galore and french doors, providing ample natural light. There are ceiling fans throughout, and central air, of course. The building itself is well shaded, helping with cooling costs as well as being attractive. Each apartment has a large private patio. This one of a kind building, with its unique apartments, affords one the opportunity to by-pass the more cookie-cutter types of apartments more commonly available. A place to call home.

This picturesque, stone clad, 3 bedroom 1 bath house is situated on a beautiful .82 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. (one of the next door neighbors is a police officer) The house is surrounded with large trees along with many smaller flowering trees and shrubberies. There is a stand alone 2 vehicle carport as well as a storage building. Along with the 3 bedrooms there is an ample living room, a large kitchen/dining room, a sun room, office space and a family room. The floors are a combination of hardwoods, carpet, ceramic tile and vinyl. Two of the bedrooms are on the small side but there is a lot of living space in this mighty fine house. A place to call home.
